The maintenance position plays a key role in providing residents with a clean, well-maintained living environment. Responsibilities include general repairs, apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, and moving appliances.

The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry, with excellent customer service skills and basic computer knowledge. Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns is required.

Preferred certifications and skills:

• HVAC or EPA Universal Certification (a plus)
• Availability for on-call and weekend work (a plus)
