Job description

The Wooten Company, LLC is seeking maintenance-oriented individuals to work at our various managed apartments in the Springfield Area.

We are looking for candidates with all levels of experience. Compensation and specific duties will be assigned based on experience. After-hours (On-Call) work may be required.

Basic Duties:

1. Cleaning grounds to maintain curb appeal
2. Servicing apartments to resolve issues for current tenants
3. Preparing vacant units for new tenants
4. Performing basic pool cleaning and servicing
5. Conducting light HVAC diagnostics
