Coast Property Management in Springfield, OR is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment communities safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained. You’ll handle repairs, make‑ready tasks, and routine inspections while collaborating with a friendly team.

This hands‑on role requires a practical approach, own tools, reliable transportation, and good communication with residents and contractors. We offer a supportive environment and benefits designed to take care of you.

Qualifications

• Able to follow written or oral instructions.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• General knowledge of painting and drywall patching.
• Minor appliance skills.
• General knowledge about building equipment.
• Able to evaluate deficiencies such as excessive wear or troubleshoot faulty parts.
• Familiarity with plumbing repairs – change disposals and replace faucets.
• Handle service calls in a timely manner.
• Good safety habits.
• Own and maintain your own tools.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with team and contractors.
