Job summary

Aerotek in Speedway, IN is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician experienced with instrumentation devices and electrical, mechanical installations. You will install and troubleshoot equipment and ensure proper operation using test tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.

The role includes work with 480V systems, a cleanroom manufacturing environment, and shifts including 2nd/3rd with training on the 1st shift, plus a weekend Fri-Mon schedule.

Qualifications

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician experienced in working with instrumentation devices such as thermocouples, motor tachometers, temperature controllers, and pressure transducers. The ideal candidate will be adept at installing electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices according to diagrams and schematics. You must be proficient in the use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, and machine-specific instrumentation to ensure proper operation of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and adjust electrical and mechanical equipment, instrumentation devices, and related information systems.

• Install electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices following diagrams and schematics

• Ensure proper operation of equipment using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and machine-specific instrumentation.

• Experience with 480v systems and replacing components as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the plastic industry.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Be prepared to lift up to 50 pounds and provide your own tools. The position includes 2nd & 3rd shifts with training on 1st shift, and a weekend shift from Friday to Monday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $78272.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
