We are seeking a skilled Electro/Mechanical Technician to join a stable and growing manufacturing organization with a long-standing track record of operational excellence and employee retention. What You’ll Do:
- Install, maintain, and repair electromechanical systems including motors, PLCs, sensors, conveyors, pumps, and control panels
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on production equipment
- Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMPs, and company procedures
- Document maintenance activities and technical findings
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical background including 480v 3-phase systems, VFDs, and controls
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting mindset with a focus on minimizing downtime
- Self-starter with strong communication skills
