The position offers a 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shift, with opportunities for growth from junior to senior roles, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should have technical training and the ability to read manuals and schematics; forklift

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Repair equipment and respond to breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain facility areas, paint, plumbing, carpentry as needed.
• Support senior staff with equipment installations and startups.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting: Identify and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools.
• Equipment Repair: Respond promptly to breakdowns to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine checks and services on machinery to ensure longevity.
• Facility Care: Complete minor building repairs including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and snow removal.
• Special Projects (Senior Level): Assist with the installation and startup of equipment at new facilities.
• Safety: Maintain a clean work area and strictly follow all safety regulations and company policies.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:

• Technical Training: Relevant technical certifications or trade school education.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Equipment Operation: Ability to operate a forklift for equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 70 lbs for senior roles), climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members across departments.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
