Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Wage: $33.8 - $37.3 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
