Job summary

Sea Island Company is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II to service equipment, furnishings, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, and building facilities. You will monitor safety hazards, perform preventive maintenance, manage parts inventory, and assist with training others in proper equipment use.

You will collaborate with housekeeping and other teams on heavy cleaning, excavation, wiring, and related tasks, while supporting OSHA standards and maintaining a safe, clean work

Qualifications

• Follow Sea Island safety protocols and maintain knowledge of properties, services, and offerings.
• Perform proactive and preventative maintenance on equipment, inspect and diagnose issues, and maintain inventory of supplies and parts.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and other teams to assist with heavy cleaning and utility tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Sea Island safety protocols and use equipment and chemicals safely.
• Maintain knowledge of Sea Island properties and services and share information with guests and members.
• Resolve service issues timely and positively, and assist leadership with delegated duties.
