Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Basic plumbing and general repair skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform outdoor physical tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform property maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs.
