Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across its properties in the Philadelphia area. You will handle routine tasks, respond to tenant requests, and support major renovations as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2+ years in property maintenance, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. You must live within 20 miles of the properties and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must live within 20 miles from property and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are a leading property management company looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on our properties to ensure they are in excellent condition for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
