Job summary

The Liberty Group in Modesto, CA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Tech to turn vacant units into move-in ready homes with speed and precision. This full-time role requires reliable transportation and basic tools, with a pay range of $24–$27 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, preparing market-ready apartments, maintaining common areas, and logging maintenance activity. A/C certification is a plus and can increase pay.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of onsite experience.
• Valid I.D. required.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties.
• A/C certification is a plus and pays more.
