The Liberty Group BH1 is seeking experienced HVAC Certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians and Non-Certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians. This role involves responding to service requests, resolving maintenance issues, and preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 months onsite experience and relevant A/C certifications. This is a great opportunity for those looking to re-enter the industry.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid I.D. and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to submit to a background check.
• A/C Certification (HVAC, EPA, Universal, CFC).

Job Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Manage records of activity in maintenance log.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market‑ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
