Thermal Process Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Experienced and Dependable Maintenance Technician with heat treatment experience for our Rockford, IL plant. The role requires taking ownership and collaborating with the Maintenance Manager.

Salary is based on experience. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems, welding tasks, and preventive maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Heat treating experience is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.

• Welding, cutting torch, and hand grinding experience.
• Operate and maintain various tools and equipment such as logic controllers, Fanuc, milling machines, lathes, forklifts, presses, and welding equipment.
