Job summary

Heat Treating Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support a family-owned manufacturing leader established since 1978. This role offers a clear path for advancement from Level I to Level III and possibly Lead Technician, with tuition reimbursement for the employee and two of their children.

You'll join a team that processes extensive workloads with a strong benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO, in a dynamic, hands-on environment

Qualifications

• At least one year of industrial maintenance experience.
• MIG and Arc Welding experience.
• Fabricating experience and pipefitting tools.
• Experience with 480V 3-phase motor systems.
• Mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Repairing breakdowns as required with proper documentation.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all maintenance per work order instructions.
• Complete Problem log sheets, Maintenance repair tags, and other required maintenance records.
• If assigned complete daily EQUIPMENT INSPECTION to look for signs of possible failure, safety violations, or areas to be cleaned.
• Assist in training other Industrial Maintenance Mechanics and Operators on procedures and equipment operation.
• Preform lock out/tag out, confined space, and hot work permits as required.
