You will perform general upkeep, diagnose issues, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime, with a focus on plumbing, electrical work, and preventive maintenance.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Facility maintenance: perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, and electrical work; address repairs promptly to minimize downtime; painting and cosmetic needs; exterior landscaping/upkeep of the property.
• Equipment maintenance: conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance; troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
