Job summary

Workstream in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join a dynamic, people-centered team. You will perform routine maintenance, identify and repair mechanical issues, and assist with building repairs across Brevard County and Orlando areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Light plumbing and electrical skills required.
• Must be 18 or older and no longer in high school.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance tasks
• Identifying and repairing mechanical issues
• Assisting with building repairs
• Assessing training gaps of locations that can help prevent equipment malfunctions in the future
• Fixing items that need attention such as Bakery Ovens, Turbo Chef Ovens, Espresso Machines, Hot Coffee Brewers and more!
• Working well with cross functional partners (Director of Operations, Director of Training, District Managers, General Managers)
