Requirements include EPA Type II or Universal certification, at least 2 years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC experience, and a valid high school diploma or GED. On-call responsibilities and safety standards apply.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification Type II or Universal required.
• CPO certification is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience preferred and beneficial.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk the property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and service requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Maintain building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry.
• Maintain pool and amenities (CPO required).
• Respond to after-hours emergencies (on-call rotation).
• Uphold OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
• Track supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
