Maintenance Technician – Courtyard by Marriott Richland

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and service hotel facilities, equipment, guest rooms, and public areas, ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment.

Summary

The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance, completes repair requests, troubleshoots equipment issues, and supports overall hotel operations while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to obtain any required permits, licenses, or certificates. The position requires up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
