Job summary

Crowne Plaza Anchorage, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep hotel facilities, guest rooms and public areas safe and well-maintained. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, respond to repair requests, troubleshoot equipment, and support hotel operations with a focus on safety and quality standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, hotel or hospitality experience preferred, strong organizational and communication

Summary:

This position is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing hotel facilities, equipment, guest rooms, and public areas to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance, completes repair requests, troubleshoots equipment issues, and supports overall hotel operations while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to obtain any government-required or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates. Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts/days, likely to include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
