Lpc is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Renton, Washington, responsible for maintaining building systems and performing repairs. The technician will assist with general maintenance under the supervision of senior engineers, handling tasks from restroom repairs to mechanical inspections.
The ideal candidate should possess a HS Diploma or GED and have technical training or relevant experience in HVAC or plumbing. This full-time position is conducted entirely on-site and requires strong communication skills along with a commitment to safety protocols.
The Maintenance Technician ensures the integrity of building systems by performing routine maintenance and minor repairs while supporting the efficient operation of equipment. This role provides hands‑on support for general maintenance tasks under the supervision of the Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer.
Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds; perform physically demanding tasks such as stooping, crouching, and kneeling.

Pay Range: $28 – $28 USD per hour.
