Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of a major real estate developer, is seeking experienced residential Maintenance Technicians for a full-time role at Indigo in Reno, NV. Candidates should have strong residential maintenance skills and be able to handle carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance work.

Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest privately owned Real Estate developers and Property Managers in the nation, currently seeks experienced residential Maintenance Technician for full-time careers located at Indigo, our beautiful Lewis-owned communityinReno, Nevada.
To be considered, you should have previousRESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.
Our best Maintenance Techs haveskills in all aspects of general residential maintenance including:
1. Strong all-around residential maintenance skills in the apartment industry
2. Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, washers, stoves, etc.) installation and repair
3. HVAC Certification is a big plus!
5. Making ready units for new occupancy
6. Maintaining units of current residents
7. Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities
8. A great customer service personality and work ethic

Note: These responsibilities are a general summary of the job duties performed. Other duties may be required, as needed.

Other requirements:

• Moving and transporting heavy objects, as needed
• Bending/stooping/walking repeatedly over time and throughout your community.
• Ascend/descend stairs and ladders as required.
• Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the public by speaking/reading/writing English.
