Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site work in Redford Charter Township, MI. You will prep apartments for make-ready turns, address service requests, and perform preventative maintenance on building HVAC and other systems.

Candidates should have at least two years of maintenance experience in multi-family properties, own a basic toolset, and hold a valid driver's license. HVAC certification is a plus; on-call after hours is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prep apartments for make-ready turns and coordinate trades as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC and other systems.
• Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Snow removal and maintenance of common areas and grounds.
• Be on-call for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
