Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site support at multi-family properties in Oklahoma City. You will prep apartments for make-ready turns, perform general maintenance tasks, and respond to service requests with a focus on quality and timeliness.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance on HVAC and other systems, light carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, snow removal, and grounds upkeep. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of on-site maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties.
• HVAC maintenance experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to perform basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prep apartments for make-ready turns and complete service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC and mechanical systems.
