Job Requirements:

• Labor scope of work

* Cleaning electrical rooms: providing a clean, organized workspace, broom sweeping, restocking shelves, and removing old equipment.

* Cleaning and changing filters on VFD drives: performing preventive maintenance by replacing filters in ceiling vents.

* Reading meters to check if pressures are stabilized; reporting leaks or issues as directed by the maintenance lead.

* Inspecting fire extinguishers: ensuring fire suppression systems are in good condition, up-to-date, and properly pressurized, with reports on service dates.

* Testing safety showers and eye wash stations: verifying proper operation and flushing if needed.

* Cleaning roofs and roof drains: removing debris and ensuring drains are clear.

* Repairing toilets and sinks: replacing batteries, sensors, or touchless dispensers as needed or reported.

* Grounds cleanup: removing large debris from grounds.

* Assisting with HVAC filter changes: replacing filters on rooftop units.

* Cleaning equipment (air handlers, towers, chillers): checking gauges, ensuring proper pressurization and operation.

* Cleaning mechanical rooms and tunnels: maintaining cleanliness and organization, removing debris and miscellaneous supplies.
