Portland Regency Hotel & Spa in Portland, ME is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to uphold a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This full-time role offers a weekday-evening schedule with on-call duties after training and a pay range of $20–$25 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include general maintenance (painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry), preventative upkeep of rooms and spaces, grounds care, and prompt response to requests

Portland Regency Hotel & Spa - Portland, ME

Join the team at the Portland Regency Hotel & Spa, a beautifully restored Historic Hotel of America located in the heart of Portland’s Old Port District. We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our landmark property and ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Tuesday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

On-Call: Rotating basis required (after training period)

On-Call: Rotating basis required

Pay: $20-$25/hour (based on experience and skills)

Requirements: Valid driver’s license required; high school diploma or GED.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related experience or training preferred (not required).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks.
• Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and safety standards.
