Portland Regency Hotel & Spa in Portland, ME is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to keep our historic property safe and welcoming. This full-time role covers painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry, with on-call rotation after training.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms and public spaces, assist with snow removal and grounds upkeep, and respond promptly to emergencies. A high school diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience are preferred.

Maintenance Technician

Portland Regency Hotel & Spa – Portland, ME

Join the team at the Portland Regency Hotel & Spa, a beautifully restored Historic Hotel of America located in the heart of Portland’s Old Port District. We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our landmark property and ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Tuesday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM On-Call: Rotating basis required (after training period) On-Call: Rotating basis required Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience and skills) Requirements: Valid driver’s license required; high school diploma or GED.
