Portland Regency Hotel & Spa in Portland, ME is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to keep our historic property safe and comfortable for guests and staff. The role covers general maintenance, preventative tasks, and exterior upkeep, with a regular 40-hour schedule and rotating on-call.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED; two years of related experience is preferred. Must lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and safety.

Competenze

Mansioni

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry.
• Complete preventative maintenance for guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.
• Maintain hotel exterior areas and assist with snow removal and grounds upkeep.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure all tools and work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
• Support additional maintenance needs as assigned.
