Zusammenfassung

DFAMILK is seeking a maintenance technician to perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on plant mechanical and utility systems. Responsibilities include SAP reporting, troubleshooting, and adhering to DFA procedures.

Applicants should have 3-5 years of mechanical maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and strong English communication. This on-site role offers growth within a 24x7 manufacturing environment and supports safety and quality programs.

Jobbeschreibung

Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on all mechanical systems at the plant including utility systems, process systems, and waste handling systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete SAP reporting
• Operate, troubleshoot, and repair plant systems according to DFA procedures
• Perform required preventative maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and filter changes according to DFA maintenance procedures
• Participate in plant projects and expansions
• Follow safety, GMP, HACCP, and all other plant policies and procedures
• Attend scheduled training sessions
• Provide communication to all support team members by following proper escalation procedures
• Back fill team member absences with overtime as required
• Demonstrate success in tool ownership in a 24 x 7 manufacturing environment
• Work within budget, while completing timely repairs
• Perform root cause analysis
• Maintain repairs within departmental budget

Requirements

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of mechanical experience and maintenance

• Strong knowledge of general mechanical
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
