Job summary

Myan Management Group is looking for a maintenance professional in Port Arthur, Texas. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in property management and must possess Heating and Air Conditioning certifications. This role may require being available on-call 24/7.

Responsibilities include maintaining, repairing, and painting various areas of the property, as well as performing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs. Good organizational skills and the ability to read and write in English are essential for this position.
