We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician who possesses a robust background in mechanical systems, electrical work, welding, and fabrication to join our operations.

Core Duties
- Execute both routine preventive care and emergency repairs on facility infrastructure and production machinery.
- Identify and resolve issues across hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical platforms.
- Construct, alter, and restore machine parts as the situation demands.
- Analyze root causes of equipment breakdowns to ensure long-term operational stability.
- Utilize technical blueprints and precise measurements to perform repairs with high accuracy.
- Contribute to reliability improvement projects to help minimize downtime and boost overall production efficiency.
- Maintain a secure work environment by strictly adhering to all established safety protocols.
Fabrication & Welding
- Extensive background in structural fabrication and component restoration.
- Skilled in MIG and Arc welding techniques.
- Capable of designing, adjusting, and fixing various equipment and structural parts.
Cutting & Shop Equipment
- Proficient with Oxy-Acetylene torches.
- Skilled in operating plasma cutting equipment.
- Experienced with angle grinders.
- Competent in using band saws.
- Experienced with drill press operations.
Measuring & Layout
- Expertise in reading and applying tape measure dimensions.
Mechanical Aptitude
- Strong practical mechanical abilities.
- Maintains a personal tool collection and expands it as required.
- Proven track record in the maintenance, construction, or repair of machinery, vehicles, and mechanical systems.
Electrical Knowledge
- Familiarity with 12VDC and 24VDC circuitry.
- Experience with power systems ranging from 120VAC to 480VAC.
- Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase power configurations.
- Understanding of fundamental PLC troubleshooting and logic.
System Logic
- Ability to interpret input and output components.
- Understanding of analog and digital signal processing.
- Knowledge of how control logic influences machine performance.
- Ability to distinguish between circuit breakers and fuses.
- Knowledge of unions and various fittings including 90 and 45-degree elbows.
- Familiarity with couplers, crosses, caps, and plugs.
- Understanding of ball and gate valve applications.
- Skilled in pipe threading techniques.
- Ability to identify and use taps and dies correctly.
Ideal Qualifications
- Prior experience in an industrial manufacturing maintenance setting is preferred.
- Ability to showcase specific examples of equipment you have built or repaired.
- Capacity to explain previous technical obstacles and how you successfully overcame them.
- Submission of a portfolio or photos featuring your fabrication work is encouraged.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
