Starting Pay: Based on Experience/Skill Level: $31.75-$45.17/hr.

Primary Duties
- Providing safe and timely electrical support
- Conducting preventative maintenance on machinery
- Installing, servicing, repairing machines
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues on multiple operating machines in a manufacturing environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Mechanical and electrical experience
- Familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Basic troubleshooting experience with proven ability of machine repair

What You Need To Succeed
- A basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- A basic understanding of Preventative Maintenance programs
- Knowledge/experience with basic mechanical components and concepts (e.g., Gears and Gearboxes, Bearings, Drive Shafts, Couplings, Sprockets, Chains)
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Working knowledge of power transmission equipment
- Familiar with pumps, both pneumatic and electric
- Some knowledge of the various types of sensors and limit switches
- Familiar with computers and Microsoft software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner
- PLC troubleshooting and problem‑solving ability with practical, mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, overtimeAn operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery including motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3‑phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls, and power transmission systems
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and logic/control diagrams
- Troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems down to component level (2‑3 years preferred)
- Able to install, set up, and troubleshoot both AC and DC drives
- Able to troubleshoot basic 3‑phase motor control circuits
- Basic welding skills
