Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for two apartment communities in New Britain, CT. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required and a valid driver's license is essential.

You will perform unit prep, basic repairs, snow removal, and assist with grounds and building upkeep. Compensation ranges from $22–$24 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Prepare market-ready units with basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate effective communication with residents, coworkers, and management.
• Contribute to a team approach in serving residents and maintaining the community.
• Snow removal.
• Assist custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other buildings.
• Support occupancy goals by completing tasks Pridefully and successfully.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven skills for two apartment communities located in New Britain, CT. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of market-ready units, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical as needed, in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills for communicating with residents, coworkers, and management.
• Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
• Snow removal.
• Responsible for assisting custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other community buildings as needed.
• Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by completing all tasks pridefully and successfully.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Reliable vehicle
