The Procopio Companies (TPC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the safety, beauty, and integrity of our residential communities in Southern New England. You will address resident service requests, perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and maintain clean, safe common spaces and units prior to move-ins.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of experience in residential property management

Qualificações

• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required.
• Must be reliable and have a work history of excellent attendance.
• One year minimum experience in residential property management or related field is required.

• Collaborate with the Property Manager to identify and address recurring issues.

Thisimportant roleis responsible foralwaysmaintainingthe physical integrity of the community. This involves ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents,visitorsand staff, andalwaysmaintainingthe integrity and appearance of the properties. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly, professionally, and thoroughly to all resident service requests and maintenance issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of items including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general carpentry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in all work areas—including units, mechanical rooms, storage, and common spaces.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure long-term functionality and avoid costly repairs.
• Participate in daily property walks, inspections, and work order management to upholdTPC’s brand standards.
• Prepare apartments for new residents with precision and care—making sure every home is spotless and fully operational beforemove-in.
• Support the property team inmaintainingfive-star presentation standardsthroughout the community, includingcommon areas, amenities, and grounds.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with residents, treating every interaction as a customer service opportunity.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and other team members toidentifyand resolve recurring issues or areas for improvement.
