Position Summary

• Provide preventative maintenance functions.
• Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, HVAC systems, furnishings, and equipment.
• Maintain and repair equipment following safety practices and manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct electrical safety inspections and ensure safe operating conditions.
• Follow safety procedures to protect employees and patients during work activities.
• Coordinate with management before performing maintenance that may disrupt services.
• Perform inspections to comply with Life Safety Code and Joint Commission requirements.
