Core Linen Services in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment in a commercial laundry environment. • Execute preventive maintenance activities according to schedule to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of maintenance and repairs, including work on overhead rail systems and conveyor systems.
• Assist technical and mechanical personnel, including external vendors, as required to resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, documenting incomplete tasks, repairs, and new problems.
• Communicate equipment status to production supervisors, particularly any issues that could impact production or cause downtime, and provide updates when equipment is back online.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations and team objectives.

Maintenance Technician - Summary

• Performs a variety of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on production equipment in a commercial laundry environment.
• Acts as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with assigned machinery and systems.
• Collaborates with engineering and technical teams to address complex mechanical or system problems.
• Supports the plant’s commitment to safety, quality, and service excellence.
