Ridge Corporation is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our day shift team in Pataskala, OH. This hands-on role supports manufacturing equipment, preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for dependable technicians who enjoy problem-solving, collaborating with production teams, and helping keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Hydraulics and pneumatics experience.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Monday-Thursday 4:15pm-2:45am (4 Day Work Week) OT Friday 2:15pm-10:45pm

Pay

Starts at $30-$33/hr (*10% Shift Differential= $33-$36.30/hr)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

include the following:

• Industrial production equipment
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Motors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Compressors, chillers, and boilers
• Preventative maintenance programs
• PLC troubleshooting
• Equipment repairs and process improvements
