Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support pre-harvest production in Paso Robles, CA. This on-site, permanent role focuses on keeping winery equipment running during harvest.

You will work closely with production and winemaking teams, applying mechanical and electrical skills, reading manuals and schematics, and following safety procedures in a collaborative, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a winery, beverage, food, or other manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of electrical systems.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and schematics and use common maintenance tools.
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to respond to changing production needs.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and pre-harvest inspections on pumps, conveyors, motors, tanks, and other production equipment.
• Diagnose breakdowns, identify root causes, and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Support equipment setup and changeovers during production and harvest.
• Document maintenance work and communicate equipment needs with the team.
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
