Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role with carpentry, painting, plumbing repair, preventative maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, groundskeeping, landscaping, equipment maintenance, snow removal, security monitoring, general construction, and facility inspections.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment and systems.
• Strong physical condition, capable of lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and performing a variety of physical tasks.
• Good knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
