Job summary

Pride Global is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team to improve process reliability, product quality, and plant performance. This role emphasizes safety, troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance across plant equipment.

Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, repairing components, collaborating with teams, and ensuring work orders are completed promptly with proper updates to management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain plant equipment in accordance with safety requirements.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant machinery.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues using logical problem-solving techniques.
  • Repair and replace faulty components as needed.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments to resolve equipment issues.
  • Follow all required safety procedures, including LOTO, PPE, confined space, and hot work permits.
  • Learn plant equipment and machinery to support effective troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Complete assigned work orders promptly and provide timely updates to management and the maintenance team.
  • Organize daily work efficiently and prioritize tasks based on operational needs.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, including the maintenance shop and oil storage area.
  • Address safety concerns immediately and take appropriate corrective action.
  • Utilize technical manuals, training resources, and ongoing training opportunities to expand technical knowledge.
  • Perform heavy physical and/or dirty work when required.
  • Provide professional, respectful, and responsive service to internal teams.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through on commitments.
