Job summary

PrideNow in Sparks, NV is seeking logistics-ready personnel to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This contract, full-time with various shifts, supports inventory management, shipping, receiving, and production operations, with overtime opportunities.

You will monitor inventory with warehouse management systems, perform data entry, use Excel and multiple applications, process transactions, coordinate deliveries, receive and sort deliveries, and ensure accuracy and safety in a modern,

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for daily tasks.
  • Experience with inventory tracking software and RF scanners.
  • Background in logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or material handling.
  • Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
  • Excellent communication with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forklift or powered equipment experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule: Full-Time | Various Shifts Available + Overtime

Employment Type: Contract

Join a fast-paced logistics and warehouse operations team supporting inventory management, shipping, receiving, and production operations. We're looking for dependable individuals who thrive in a team environment and are committed to accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

What You'll Do
  • Monitor and manage inventory using warehouse management systems and internal dashboards.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain inventory records.

  • Process inventory transactions, shipping records, and internal tickets.
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups with internal teams.

  • Scan and track inventory using warehouse systems.
  • Prepare shipments by assembling, labeling, and processing outgoing materials.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy while following quality and safety standards.
Qualifications

Physical Requirements
  • Approximately 80% computer-based work and 20% warehouse activities.
  • Stand, walk, and move throughout the facility as needed.
  • Receive, sort, and organize small daily deliveries (typically no more than one pallet per day).
  • Occasionally assist with loading or unloading shipments.
  • Work in a warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
Schedule

Schedules vary based on business needs and may include:

  • Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
  • 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Potential transition to four 10-hour shifts
