Enterprise Mobility, operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo brands, is hiring a Maintenance Technician at the Orlando Airport Service Center. The role focuses on car repair, preventive maintenance, and fleet service with a strong emphasis on customer service and safety.

The position offers an evening, full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with weekends and holidays; starting pay is $19.00 per hour, $19.50 after 4pm, located at 8350 Hangar Blvd, Orlando.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Minimum 1 year experience in fleet maintenance procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection (tires, brakes, fluids).
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) per specs.
• Repair and replace tires and wear parts.
• Document repair orders to reflect steps and parts used.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and comply with safety standards.
• Possibly process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy backs.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Maintenance Technician located at <<>>.

The Maintenance Technician performs car repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and buy back/turn back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

This pay for this position starts at $19.00 / hour ($19.50 / hour for hours worked after 4pm)

This position is located at the Orlando Airport Service Center (address: 8350 Hangar Blvd, Orlando, FL)

Schedule: Apart from religious observation, interested candidates must be able to work the following full-time (40 hour/week) EVENING shift schedule, including weekends and holidays:

• Saturday - Wednesday: 2:30pm-10:30pm, Thursday/Friday: OFF

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines
• Repair and replace tires
• Replace wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers)
• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a repair order (RO) to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair
• Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all services
• May process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy backs
• Follow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standards
• Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
• Must not have any drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
• Must have a minimumof basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required
• Must be able to understand, read,write, and speakEnglish
• Minimum of 1 year experience handling mechanical service procedures to perform fleet maintenance activities required
• Must be able to work outside in a covered area with exposure to all types of weather and temperatures
• Moderate physical activity which requires handling of objects up to 25 pounds with long periods of standing and walking is required
• Requires ownership ofstandard hand tools to perform basic maintenance and repair responsibilities
• Must be willing to accept the starting rate of pay of $19.00/hour ($19.50/hour after 4pm)
• Must be willing to work at the Orlando Airport
