Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Vehicle Delivery Technician for the Orlando Airport Administrative office. The role inspects, services and moves fleet vehicles, ensuring safety and presentation standards are met. A strong attention to detail and ability to work outdoors independently are essential.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write and speak English. Starting pay is $16.00/hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming vehicles for condition, damage, and completeness.
  • Remove protective coverings and install basic accessories to meet fleet standards.
  • Update Vehicle Logistics leadership on arrivals and status for visibility into fleet availability.
  • Perform in‑fleet servicing on new vehicles following procedures and checklists.
  • Perform light vehicle maintenance when qualified to support functionality and availability.
  • Attach license plates, registrations, insurance docs, keys and unit identifiers for regulatory compliance.
  • Move vehicles and direct traffic across lots and staging areas for safe operations.
  • Clean vehicles by washing and vacuuming to meet appearance standards.
  • Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment and training.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

The Vehicle Delivery Technician plays a key role in fleet readiness by performing vehicle inspections, in fleet servicing, documentation, and vehicle movements. This role ensures vehicles meet operational, safety, and presentation standards and are communicated as ready for use. The position requires attention to detail, routine decision making, and the ability to work independently outdoors to support efficient fleet operations and service continuity.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect incoming new and used vehicles for condition, damage, and completeness, to ensure accurate documentation and readiness for fleet processing
  • Remove transportation protective coverings from vehicle interiors and exteriors and install basic vehicle accessories not installed at the factory to ensure vehicles meet fleet presentation and service standards
  • Update the Vehicle Logistics leadership on in-fleet arrivals, processing status, and completed unit readiness to ensure visibility into fleet availability
  • Perform in‑fleet servicing on new vehicles using required company and manufacture-required procedures and checklists, ensuring each unit is reviewed for open recalls or special service bulletins to support safe, timely operational use
  • Perform light vehicle maintenance, when qualified and directed, to support baseline vehicle functionality and availability
  • Support vehicle identification and tracking by attaching license plates, registration, insurance documentation, keys and unit identifiers to ensure regulatory compliance, traceability, and asset accountability
  • Move vehicles and assist with directing vehicle traffic across lots, service areas, remarketing locations, and staging areas to support safe, secure, orderly operation and fleet readiness
  • Clean vehicles through washing and vacuuming when required to ensure established fleet appearance standards are met
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault car accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related driving convictions (DUI/DWI) on driving record in the last 5 years
  • Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
  • Must have basic mechanical or vehicle‑related experience sufficient to perform inspections, light maintenance, and in‑fleet servicing tasks
  • Must be willing to accept a starting pay of $16.00/hour
  • Must be willing to work at the Orlando Airport Administrative office (located at 8350 Hangar Blvd, Orlando, FL 32827)
  • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work at least one of the following full-time (40 hour/week) shift schedules:
    • Shift #1: Thursday - Monday: 1:30pm - 10pm, Tue/Wed: OFF
    • Shift #2: Sunday: 10am-6:30pm, Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday: 1:30pm-10pm, Thursday: 10am-6:30pm, Fri/Sat: OFF
