Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Omaha, NE facility. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, setup, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and protect product quality. You will work onsite across multiple shifts and collaborate with production and maintenance teams.

The Maintenance Technician provides safe, reliable preventive maintenance and repairs to production lines and assembly equipment. This role focuses on minimizing downtime, preventing product damage or loss, and supporting setup, changeover, and troubleshooting of production lines in a manufacturing environment.

This role is based onsite in a manufacturing environment with three primary shift options: first shift (Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.), second shift (Monday through Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., with a shift differential), and weekend shift (Friday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a higher shift differential). The facility includes typical manufacturing conditions such as some temperature extremes, dust, noise, wet areas, and exposure to hazardous chemicals. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and includes, but is not limited to, hairnets, beard nets, and protective eyewear. The environment involves working around production lines, moving machinery, and automated systems, with a strong emphasis on safety procedures such as lock-out/tag-out and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. The dress code supports safe operation and compliance with PPE requirements appropriate for a manufacturing setting.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
