Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support both manufacturing equipment and facility maintenance. This role is perfect for someone with approximately one year of maintenance experience who is eager to grow their skills in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have some experience with industrial or manufacturing maintenance, including working on equipment such as compressors, machinery, or other production-related systems. Forklift maintenance experience is a plus, but candidates with a broad industrial maintenance back ground are encouraged to apply. This position offers exposure to both industrial equipment maintenance and general facility maintenance, making it an excellent opportunity for an entry-level technician looking to develop into a well-rounded maintenance professional.

• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are a plus.

• Comfortable performing basic facility maintenance, including light plumbing and drywall repairs.

• Ability to safely use ladders and elevated work platforms/lifts.

• Comfortable working at heights.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift maintenance experience is a plus.

• PLC troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and preventive maintenance.

Pay and Benefits
