The Maintenance Technician repairs major and minor equipment within INTEGRIS under the guidance of the Maintenance Technician Lead. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.

Qualifications

• 1 year vocational training resulting in a certificate or equivalent experience preferred
• Effective communication skills in English
• Must have a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record to operate INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicles
• Drivers License preferred for BMC-only applicants

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing preventive maintenance on building service equipment and maintaining records
• Troubleshooting equipment using test tools, manuals, and blueprints
• Following preventive maintenance schedules for checking, cleaning, and lubricating equipment
• Repairing minor electrical components as needed, ensuring safety and feasibility
• Carrying out general building and cabinet repairs

The Maintenance Technician reports to the Manager or Director.

Must be able to speak, read, and write English clearly and legibly.

Physical demands include walking, standing, kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching, lifting up to 100 lbs., pushing loads up to 480 lbs., climbing stairs and ladders, and working in small spaces or at heights. Additional physical or respiratory tests may be required. Refer to the Physical Demands Project SharePoint or contact Risk Management/Employee Health for details.

Potential exposure to electricity, hot water pipes, electrical wiring, extreme cold, power tools, and heights.
