About The Role

Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds. Works under close supervision, assisting in monitoring building system operations and performance. Utilizes various trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

What You’ll Do
  • Follow all applicable codes, regulations, governmental directives, and company safety policies.
  • Perform daily repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance; document maintenance and repairs.
  • Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and procure necessary supplies.
  • Assist with installation and modifications of building systems.
  • Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety standards.
  • Maintain lighting systems, including cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, calling for additional assistance as needed.
What You’ll Need
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of related experience or training.
  • Ability to interpret instructions, write routine reports, and communicate effectively.
  • Basic analytical skills and understanding of general instructions.
  • Proficiency with personal computers, email, and work order systems; basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Physical capability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry loads over 50 lbs.
  • Sound judgment to meet deadlines and ensure safety.
  • Commitment to personal and team safety.
