Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC in Atlantic Beach, NC, seeks a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of timeshare condos and common facilities. You will implement preventative maintenance, perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, and assist guests as needed.

A High School Diploma and knowledge of the timeshare industry are required; experience with landscaping and construction is a plus. This is an on-site role with competitive benefits and opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry is preferred.
• Experience in maintenance such as landscaping, construction, and upkeep is beneficial.
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance programs (A/C filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Maintains daily upkeep of condos and common areas (painting, plumbing, electrical, moving furniture, drywall, landscaping).
• Completes maintenance calls and notifies manager of issues.
• Assists guests when needed.
• Completes other duties as requested.

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of timeshare condos and common area facilities.
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
