Job summary

Maloney Properties LLC in Worcester, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This full-time position supports a large portfolio of residential properties, performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents.

You will update Yardi, manage work orders, and assist with groundskeeping and exterior/common area upkeep. On-site hours are 7:00am-3:00pm, M-F, with on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
• Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.
• Performing groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas.
• Updating Yardi and keeping managers informed of ongoing projects of the sites.

Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Worcester area. This is a full-time opportunity at a large portfolio of residential properties. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose duties and responsibilities include:

• Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
• Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.
• Performing groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas.
• Updating Yardi and keeping managers informed of ongoing projects of the sites.

The work hours are 7:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation. Your workweek will be split between two properties in Berlin and Auburn, MA. You will support other properties in the portfolio as needed.
