Atrium Hospitality is seeking a hotel maintenance technician at the Norfolk Sheraton, located at 777 Waterside Drive, Norfolk, VA. This full-time role requires hands-on work in guest rooms, plumbing, electrical and HVAC support, and upkeep of pools and outdoor areas.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of maintenance experience, the ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, and comfort with a range of tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
