La Vista Courtyard - Atrium Hospitality in La Vista, NE seeks a dedicated maintenance technician to perform scheduled maintenance and repairs across guest rooms and common areas.

The role requires at least 6 months of general maintenance experience; it offers a full-time schedule, hourly pay between $20.00 and $21.00, plus benefits including health coverage, a 401(k) match, PTO, DailyPay, and growth opportunities within Atrium.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
